Dynamics 365 Market Insights

Dynamics 365 Market Insights Preview to be discontinued. Service for all existing customers ended on May 11 2020. Are these features lost ? not at all these features will be incorporated into Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Microsoft Bing Industry updates.

If you are wondering what are the other two products which these features will be included I have covered below.

Microsoft Bing Industry Updates

When you subscribe to the Bing Industry updates you can stay up-to-date with what is happening in the industry which you have selected. Every day you will receive an email with updates.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights provides a customer data platform which can be used to tap-into the insights and power personalized customer experiences. This is powerful to present unified customer data across the full range of sources you have linked to the customer insights and it provides 360-degree customer view.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Dynamics 365 Layout

Dynamics 365 Layout to be discontinued and it will not be offered as a separate application in the future. The features and layout capabilities will be incorporated into Dynamics 365 Guides. Furthermore, D365 Layout will no longer be offered to new customers from June 1, 2020. and existing customers will be able to use the application until December 31, 2021, or when their subscription ends, whichever is earlier as per Microsoft.

Dynamics 365 Guides

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides is a mixed reality application integrates with Microsoft HoloLens which helps the employees to learn new tasks and to provide step-by-step instructions that guide them for an example how to use the tools and parts at factory. Best thing is that you wouldn’t require coding skills to create these mixed-reality guides.
