    Anyone have some hands-on on Facebook/twitter integration with CRM, with respect to case creation??

    Hi Ambesha

    You can use flow.microsoft.com to achieve this.

    It’s not a direct case creation but can still be done.

    Flow provides you templates for both facebook and twitter. It allows you to create a lead. Follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Use flows to create leads

    Step 2: Have a workflow/plugin in CRM to create cases from these leads and then delete lead after you have copied all the information
